1. Parties

This agreement is made between “NetLara Internet Information Services” (NetLara) and the person or entity purchasing the service (Customer) and becomes effective electronically upon acceptance.


2. Subject of Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions for the following services provided by NetLara:

  • Web hosting

  • SSD hosting

  • VPS / VDS servers

  • Dedicated servers

  • Cloud hosting

  • Data center and colocation services

  • Domain registration

  • Software / digital product delivery

  • Technical support services


3. Service Activation

Services are activated automatically or manually after payment confirmation. NetLara reserves the right to refuse activation in cases of incorrect information, illegal content, or suspicious activity.


4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Use services legally

  • Not engage in illegal activities

  • Avoid spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, brute force, or any harmful acts

  • Back up their own data (NetLara may provide optional backup services)


5. NetLara Responsibilities

NetLara will:

  • Make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity

  • Provide secure and updated infrastructure

  • Perform scheduled maintenance (notifications provided in advance)

  • Offer 24/7 technical support


6. Prohibited Content & Use

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal content

  • Copyright infringement

  • Adult/explicit content

  • Gambling/betting websites

  • Hosting malware

  • Sending spam or generating malicious traffic

NetLara may immediately suspend services if such activities are detected.


7. Fees and Refund Policy

  • All services must be paid in advance.

  • No refunds for digital services (compliant with Shopier / KVKK / Consumer Law).

  • Domain registrations are non-cancellable.

  • Cancelled hosting or server services are automatically deleted after the specified period.


8. Data Responsibility

NetLara is not responsible for customer data. Backups are the customer’s responsibility, although optional backup services may be provided.


9. Service Suspension

Services may be suspended in cases of:

  • Unpaid invoices

  • Breach of agreement

  • Security threat

  • Requests from legal authorities


10. Termination

Customers may cancel services anytime; no refunds are provided for digital services. NetLara may terminate the agreement unilaterally for breaches.


11. Legal Jurisdiction

Disputes will be resolved under Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices.
