This Privacy Policy and Information Notice has been prepared by NetLara İnternet ve Bilişim Hizmetleri ("NetLara" or "Company") to determine the terms and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through our website and digital services (Hosting, VDS, Dedicated Servers, etc.) in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. NetLara treats the privacy of its users and the security of their personal data with the utmost care, implementing rigorous technical and organizational measures.

Important Notice: Content, databases, and emails hosted by the Customer on NetLara servers are not analyzed, viewed, or shared by NetLara. NetLara acts strictly as an infrastructure "Hosting Provider" for such data. Ensuring the privacy, security, and legal compliance of the hosted content remains the sole responsibility of the Customer.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability where applicable. To exercise your rights regarding your personal data, you may open a support ticket via the NetLara customer panel or contact us using your registered email address.
